St. Philip Best Start Hub 

The Early Learning and Care Hub is located at St. Philip School, 420 Queen Street in Petrolia.   

The Hub has licensed child care provided by Generations Daycare for infants through school age including JK/SK Wrap and Before and After School programs.  Many services are offered at the Hub including those offered by the Ontario Early Years Centre, Pathways Health Centre for Children, County of Lambton Child Health & Dental Services, and St. Clair Child and Youth.  A multi-purpose room and clinic room are available at this Hub. 

There are many free programs available for the community.  These include SoundStart for preschool speech and language; Infant Hearing Screens; 18-month assessments; parenting workshops; early learning programs; early literacy programs;  parent and baby drop-in’s; and more.

Transportation assistance is available.
